TRAX: Oh! My Goddess

TRAX Just released a new mini album and a music video, both of which featured Seohyun from Girl's Generation

Artist: TRAX
Song: Oh! My Goddess!
Country of Origin: South Korea

Rillean's Comments:
I will admit that I have not listened to TRAX before this music video (as I said in my intro thread, I am a new fan of KPop) but I am definitely inspired to start. The title of this song is the same as a popular anime. Supposedly TRAX was inspired by the name to right the song. So does it fit the theme of the anime you ask? Well you will have to ask someone else because that is one anime I have not watched and I have not found anyone else who has commented on that.
Even though I do not speak Korean myself I could still enjoy the emotions behind the song. Breaking languages barriers is one of the things that great music can do. Now can I tell you what they were saying? No. Can I tell what they seemed to be feeling? Yes. Longing. The music was good, and the video was well done with the contrasting colors and scenes.
The inclusion of SNSD's Seohyun (the girl who shows up in the video) was a good choice. She seemed to fit the role they needed for this video very well. A cute and innocent feel surrounds her scenes which is what she is really good at portraying. Fun fact for those of you who are not aware Seohyun has a distinct problem with winking. Yet somehow she pulls it off here. But not here:
